How to cut a vinyl decal into different parts?

You need to prepare a cutter or scissor. Before you cut a vinyl decal, you need to make sure where you want to cut it. It is very rare to cut the vinyl decal in a wrong way. However, if you want to make sure applying the vinyl decal according to your plan, you do need to make sure where you are cutting the vinyl decal. It is not a bad idea to draw line on the paper/plastic mask.
